CCCDZoom Personal Room

CCCDZoom Personal Meeting Room is ideal for virtual Office Hours.

1. Once you log onto CCCDZoom, you will land at the main Meetings dashboard.
2. Click Personal Room.

3. Under Personal Room, you will see your Invite Link. This is the link to share with your appointee.
4. To provide confidentiality, be sure Waiting Room is enabled.
5. When you are ready to enter your Personal Room, click Start.

 Note: If you need the invite link once in your office, click on Participant in Zoom, and you will see a button Invite, and the invite link is available.
