To take full advantage of CCCDZoom, keeping your Zoom client software up to date is essential.
- On your computer, you can find and launch Zoom.US app.
- Log into the client app using your Coast SSO (Single Sign On) log-in information.
- Locate a silhouette or a picture in the upper right corner of the client screen.
- Click on the picture, and a menu will pop out. Slide down and click to Check for Updates.
- If you need an update, you can just follow the steps. The process takes under five minutes. If no update is needed, that means you have the latest version.
NOTE: Considering Zoom is always coming with new tools, it is a good idea to check weekly for updates. Doing so will ensure your Zoom meetings go smoothly.
