Need to add time or test extension? The Modify tool within the Quiz makes adjustments for extension and accessibility easy. These are the steps.
- Log into Canvas, access the course, and quiz.
- The Published Quiz screen has a link, Moderate This Quiz, to the right.
- A list of your students with their attempts data appears.
- To make changes, click the Pencil on the corresponding student
Student Extensions appear
NOTE: If you do not see the Time extension option, that is because Time Limit has not been added to the original quiz setup.
REMINDER: Accessibility laws require time and a half for students approved by OCC's ARC Center.
- Make necessary adjustments
- Click Save
To return to the Quiz or Course, click on the Course Menu or crumbs (at the top)
